How does booking work on a call?
The assistant checks your directors' availability, offers a couple of times, and books the one the family chooses. The family gets a text confirmation, and the meeting appears in your calendar like any other.
Which calendar does it use?
Yours. The assistant books into the calendar your team already uses, so there's no new diary to check and no double-booking between the phone and the front desk.
What about at-need calls?
At-need calls aren't booked like appointments. The assistant transfers the family live to your on-call director. Only if the director can't pick up does it book the family an appointment with them, so no family is left without a next step.
